4th Annual Captain's Club Jersey Auction Dates Set

The Professional Hockey Players’ Association (PHPA) is pleased to announce the certification of the PHPA as the recognized collective bargaining unit for Central Hockey League (CHL) players.

The ECHL announced that its teams have combined to raise more than $575,000 for cancer awareness and prevention in 2007-08.

The Professional Hockey Players’ Association is pleased to announce that Doug Messier has been named the first recipient of the Curt Leichner Distinguished Member Award. The award, named after former PHPA Executive Director, Curt Leichner, will be presented annually to a member of the hockey community who has made significant contributions towards the advancement of professional minor league hockey, and has continued to diligently serve the sport.

The Professional Hockey Players’ Association will be selling the remaining game-worn jerseys from the recent 2008 Chase Chevrolet ECHL All-Star game, through PHPA.com/shop, beginning Thursday March 6th at 12:00pm.
